Heart-opening Meditation & Discussion

Description: There is a difference between being emotional and living a heart-centered life. The former is how we might keep ourselves spinning in dramatic muck, & the latter is how we can live authentically and honor ourselves and others on all levels by incorporating our emotional body into our everyday living.

The 4th chakra, the heart center, is a critical tool for living in wholeness and health. We sometimes find ourselves unsure how to live from a place of openness in a world that seems to little, if at all, support it. Our lives improve when we learn to process and release what is often called our emotional "stuff" or "baggage." And when we do, our hearts as instruments can be tuned and become more supportive of our day-to-day living.

This heart-centered evening will begin with a meditation to ground, open to Spirit, open the heart, and cleanse the aura. We'll continue from within that space with a discussion on living a heart-centered life: what it means, how to do it, and how to continue to do it in the face of the opposite, including offering attendees the chance to gain clarity on an issue in their lives that affects their ability or willingness to live in this way. You will also learn techniques to access that space of knowing whenever you desire to.

Consider this evening a satsang from and for the heart, a great chance to ground and center yourself as you prepare for the coming week.

Bring a pillow to sit on in case my seating for 7 isn't enough.
