Auralite 23 is a high-vibrating crystal that’s mostly amethyst but with metallic inclusions that make it very different from that crystal.
For me, I don’t value high-vibrating crystals over others. Each has a set of important potentials for healing and evolution, and each can be energetically charged to open and clear out pathways in your consciousness.
Auralite 23 is said to connect you to your higher self. In my experience, it connects me simply and quickly to a positive orientation. It’s easy to tell yourself or for others to tell you to be or stay positive, but as an energetic being, you’ve got some stuff at times circulating in your consciousness that doesn’t make you feel positive.
I’ve got a pessimistic streak that seems to be a protective measure against disappointment, so my karmic despair doesn’t have to get any worse (oh, the drama!). So, part of me will look for the worst and/or come up with a negative or snarky (or surly) comment. It can be about anything, and it’s a drag for me and everyone else who gets close to me.
Using auralite 23, I hear that negativity that part of me offers but do not feel identified with it. I know it’s not me. It’s abundantly clear that that vibration doesn’t serve me and is not what I want – it takes me out of the negativity and I’m not shaming myself for it, just not doing it. When first using this crystal in early 2015, that was a novel experience for me. I’d always let that part of me take over because I thought that it legitimately was the whole of me.
When I’m holding auralite 23 for part of a day or longer (or sleeping with it, taking it for walks, and drinking water infused with its charged energy), I’m content to be happy. It ends up smoothing out the highs and lows of my emotional landscape, which serves me in learning to effectively manage what frustrates, angers, saddens, or makes me unhappy.
In a series of 6 audio diaries posted on my auralite 23 page, I discuss more experiences including beginning to sleep well after 6-7 years of dreams of vague doom and dark clouds off in the distance. I didn’t want to remember my dreams and, often, I didn’t want to sleep. Soon I’ll combine those 6 and add a 7th I didn’t release into a SoundCloud audio file you can hear easily on the go.

I’ve spent most of May with a few auralite 23 pieces, reconnecting after working on a variety of frequencies over the last year.
