This is so that you can open to feel more and more deeply what is stored in your body so you can release and move through stuck emotions and energies from the past.
Attention is given to these themes:
1. Opening to Cancerian energy & body-centered awareness
2. It’s a Solar eclipse
3. The eclipse is conjunct Vesta
4. Also square Chiron-Lilith in Aries
Plan some time after listening to adjust, as there is something interesting Hermes does here that even I am not used to. I think I could describe it as gently leading me into a deeper place without me at first realizing it. At the end, I felt a little altered–this is good, but be aware of potential deeper effects.
